I apologize in advance if this topic has been mentioned more than once in blogs, but I’m tired of being silent as hell. Our favorite site is becoming a victim of lack of will and karmod swindlers! I fully understand that SG people added the "wonderful" ability to rate every damn comment on every damn news story with good intentions. But they made one engineering mistake – they did not take into account that most of the SG audience are stupid, enraged, feral schoolchildren who have no opinion! Motherfucker, I don’t care about this fucking rating, but now we’re faced with such a problem that people have stopped describing their own opinions about getting to know this or that game because of the fucking minus launcher! Why, if a person honestly and without insults writes that he didn’t really like the new “Witcher”, then he is bombarded with a ton of shit, and stupid bastards like “Bake rouled, consoles suck” get dozens of pluses? No, of course, throwing poop at the owners of the “wrong” platforms has always been there, but the cons are essentially the same notorious “poop” that the site employees themselves supply to us, like the Weapons Baron from the film of the same name. I repeat, I don’t give a fuck about the rating, but note that many people have stopped writing what they really think, citing the opinion of the crowd. And it’s annoying! (But for one thing I am grateful to the rating system – it clearly showed that the site is full of embittered autists, for whom the last joy in life is maliciously clicking on cons)
My verdict on all of the above is to throw the stupid rating system for every comment out the window! Let freedom of speech rule, not slavery!
